In the end, the lease we negotiate for a tenant leasing 20,000 square feet will not be the same lease that we negotiate for a 2,000 square foot tenant. However, in each case, by understanding our clients business we can tailor our business minded advice to achieve the best result for the client.

We also represent family-offices and institutional owners in the leasing of office and retail space in their properties. On their behalf, we also negotiate telecommunication license agreements, professional services agreements, and various vendor contracts.

We also represent family-offices and investors in the buying, selling and financing of commercial and multi-family properties in New York City.
